The style of Yoga I teach is called Inner Yoga, which is developed from the classical Hatha asanas (postures). The ethos of the Inner Yoga Trust is to practice in an intuitive, holistic way with a focus on grounding, releasing tension and lengthening the spine. We have found this allows us to integrate the breath and to move with greater ease, building inner strength over time.
